Policy Statement
Anti-Bribery, Sanctions, Export Control & Anti-Money Laundering
(2013-11-20)

This statement applies to all companies in the Unimed Feeder Services Group and respective
subsidiaries (“The Group”). This statement also applies to any individual or entity when acting for
or on behalf of the Group, including but limited to all representatives, agents and agents
subcontractors and other intermediates (“Third Parties”).

The Group is committed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in force at any given
point in time and to maintain the highest level of professional, ethical conduct and integrity in its
business activities.

All Group or Third Party employees, contract workers, officers and directors shall comply fully
with all applicable laws and regulations. These include, but are not limited to:

1. Laws in relation to anti-bribery, including but not limited to the 10th principle of the UNGC.
2. Laws and regulations in relation to economic sanctions and export controls.
3. Laws and regulations in relation to anti-money laundering and countering the financing of
terrorism.

The Group will enforce compliance with this policy statement. Violations may result in criminal
and civil exposure for the Group, any employees and Third Party involved, and can cause
significant damage to the Group's reputation in the market place. The Group will not tolerate that
any of its Third Parties violates this statement and the Group will on a regular basis screen and
evaluate that its Third Parties comply with applicable laws and regulations when acting for or on
behalf of the Group.

Likewise, all parties with whom The Group does business will be expected to confirm that they in
all respects will abide by the principles set out in the Group’s policy statement. If you, e.g., do not
have adequate anti-bribery procedures in place it is likely that The Group will not do businesses
with you long term.

We all have a responsibility to help detect, prevent and report instances of bribery and money
laundering. If you have a concern regarding a suspected instance of bribery or corruption, please
speak up – your information and assistance will help.
